Three plans. No add-on traps.

Scheduling, invoicing and card payments are in every plan — they're the job, not an upsell. The plans differ on how much of the back office you want OrbitOps to run.

You don't take a seat

A seat is a technician's login. Yours isn't one. Three seats means three techs out working, plus you running the business — so you are never paying for the privilege of using your own software.

Seats follow the people, not the payroll

A seat is only used by an active tech login. Crew you carry on the roster without a login — the two helpers on a three-person crew, seasonal help, a subcontractor you schedule but don't hand the app to — don't occupy one. Assign the day to the crew and the foreman's login is the only one it costs you.

Need one more in March?

Add a seat for $20 a month and drop it when the season ends. Signature goes up to 7 seats and Executive up to 14; Premier has no cap.

Adding seats will never cost you more than moving up a tier. If your team grows past the point where the next plan is the better deal, the next plan is the better deal — we'd rather tell you that than sell you eleven add-on seats. Growing out of a plan should feel like an upgrade, not a penalty.

About the trade-specific tools

OrbitOps Pro is configured for your trade when you sign up, and a few tools only appear where they belong. The plan sets what you can reach; your trade sets what's on the menu.

  • Water chemistry & health report — pool service.
  • Application tracking — pest control and landscaping, where the applied-product record is a compliance document.
  • Serviceable units & per-unit service history — HVAC and marine services, where work is billed against a specific unit or vessel.
  • Appointment confirmation and appointment mode — the trades that run discrete appointments rather than recurring routes.
Questions

Pricing questions, answered

What is included in every plan?

Scheduling and recurring visits, customer and property records, per-visit and monthly invoicing, statements, card payments through Stripe pay links, recording of cash, check and Zelle payments, the tech app your crew runs the day on, and crew assignments — put a day against a crew and the visit records which crew ran it and how long it took. Those are in Signature, Executive and Premier alike.

How many seats does each plan include, and does my own login count?

Signature includes 3 tech seats, Executive includes 8, and Premier includes 15 — and your own login is never one of them. Three seats means three technicians out working, plus you. A seat is used by an active tech login, so anyone on your roster without a login — the two helpers on a three-person crew, seasonal help, a subcontractor you schedule but don't hand the app to — doesn't occupy one. Assign the day to the crew and the foreman's login is the only one it costs you.

What if I need more seats than my plan includes?

Additional seats are $20 per seat, per month, and you can drop them again when the season ends. Signature goes up to 7 seats in total and Executive up to 14; Premier has no cap. Adding seats will never cost you more than moving up a tier — if the next plan becomes the better deal for your team size, that is what we will tell you.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes. Pay annually and two months are free. The price shown on each plan is the monthly price and it is what you pay monthly — we don't advertise a lower annual-equivalent figure and then bill you differently.

Does the price change depending on my trade?

No. The three plans cost the same in every trade. What changes is which trade-specific tools appear: water chemistry logging is built for pool service, application tracking for pest control and landscaping, and per-unit service history for HVAC and marine services.

Which plan includes the QuickBooks Online integration?

Executive and Premier. The integration posts an operator-triggered monthly summary journal entry to your QuickBooks Online company — accounting totals against your own chart of accounts.

Do card payments cost extra?

OrbitOps Pro does not add a fee on top of payments. You connect your own Stripe account, funds settle directly into it, and Stripe's own processing rates apply.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Plans are changed on your account, and the new plan's features and seat allowance apply from that point on. Your data stays where it is. One thing worth knowing: when you move tiers, any add-on seats reset and you land on the new plan's own allowance — so a Signature account running 3 seats plus 4 add-ons becomes an 8-seat Executive account, not a 12-seat one.

Run your field business, not your software.

Create your account and get set up in your trade. Scheduling, invoicing and card payments are included in every plan.
